Responsibilities: • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Qualifications: • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Excellent communication and negotiating skills Compensation: $100,000+ Commission
