Compensation- Performance-Driven Income | Commission Potential $100K+ Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Qualifications: • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Independent and self motivated Compensation: $100,000+ Commission Potential
