Responsibilities: • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Commercial Lead Generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Self motivated and self sufficient • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $165,000 at plan commissions
