Responsibilities: • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Independent and self motivated • Real estate license required in order to work with clients Compensation: $160,000+
