Responsibilities: • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Lead follow-up • Commercial lead generation • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals • Set and execute appointments • Close sales • Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Independent and self motivated • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Proven negotiating and communication skills • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
