Responsibilities: • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Compensation: $160,000 at plan
