Responsibilities: • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal • Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Follow the Commercial Team plan of action • Commercial real estate leasing and sales • Database • Lead generation • CRM management • Contracts Qualifications: • Familiar with leasing regulations • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Past sales experience is preferred • Real Estate license required • Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan
