    We are looking for a Team Concierge to join our growing team! Your job will be to attend inspections and appraisals, meet contractors at properties to provide access, place signs on properties, deliver marketing materials to properties, and more. When in the office, you’ll also work with the Team's agents and staff, assisting with paperwork and administrative duties. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a fun and positive attitude. Responsibilities: • Open homes for showings • Attend inspections • Attend appraisals • Open/secure listings for repairs/contractors • Maintain office/conference rooms, kitchen tidy up, ice filled, etc. • Open/close office daily • Create listing folders • Print open house supplies • Print the listing paperwork • Create feature sheets • Meet inspectors as needed • Provide wire instructions when calls come in • Order/Pickup supplies for the office • Deliver brochures/supplies/signs to listings • Assemble newcomer packets for an agent to use with clients • Assist with Google Drive projects • Friendly welcome on the phone and in the lobby when greeting clients Qualifications: • Available on weekends • Great written and verbal skills • Attention to detail • Reliable transportation • Real estate license is a big plus • Happy bubbly personality Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
