Responsibilities: • Connect with motivated homeowners ready to sell and help them achieve their goals • Manage and organize your pipeline effectively using our advanced CRM and proven systems • Deliver exceptional client service from the first appointment through closing day • Build strong, long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business • Host high-traffic, well-marketed open houses with qualified, ready-to-act buyers • Continuously sharpen your skills and expand your network through weekly training and mastermind sessions Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (or currently in the process of obtaining one) • Full-time commitment with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals • Excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships • Coachable, organized, and eager to continuously grow and improve • Positive, proactive mindset with a team-oriented attitude Compensation: $100,000 + Annually
