    Job Description

    As the Real Estate Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and administering all aspects of real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. You will play a critical role in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the management and administration of real estate contracts, including leases, purchase agreements, and other related documents.

    • Negotiate, draft, and review contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contracts and related transactions.

    • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless contract execution and management.

    • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies as needed.

    • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices in real estate contract management.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.

    • Manage the Contract Administrator, providing support and leadership, and oversee the day-to-day performance of the Contracts Team as a whole.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Real Estate, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.

    • 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Contracts Manager, or similar role.

    • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, legal requirements, and industry standards.

    • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and review skills.

    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
