The primary duty of a Real Estate Courier in Edmond and surrounding areas is to set up and dismantle signs and equipment on properties. Other responsibilities include collecting and delivering supplies and documents, creating keys, helping with office-related tasks and assignments, and taking photos of properties. Couriers must be able to adhere to instructions, work autonomously, and report back to their supervisor. They must also possess the ability to interact courteously and respectfully with customers. Working hours vary depending on the workload. This position receives compensation for mileage for driving a personal vehicle, primarily traveling within the Edmond area. Responsibilities: • Use a personal vehicle that can accommodate 4 tall signs (4ft tall x 3ft wide laid flat) • Hammer signs into the ground occasionally • Put combo locks on the property Qualifications: • Ability to lift 10 lbs and carry that weight from the front yard to a waiting car • Climb a 4 ft ladder • Have vehicle insurance • Have great communication and prioritization skills Compensation: $13.50 an hour
