    The Gellman Team, the #1 Real Estate Team in St. Louis and the #1 eXp team in the State of Missouri, is looking for a reliable Part-Time Real Estate Courier to become a crucial part of our dynamic and successful organization. We are growing our operations department and team to accommodate another record-breaking year of serving over 500+ families. The Real Estate Courier position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a part-time schedule (Monday, Friday, and Saturday) with approximately 20 hours per week and wants to keep busy and on the go while staying up to date on the latest real estate trends and technology. Customer service experience is essential, as the role involves interacting with clients, agents, and the operations department daily. The courier should be a reliable, trustworthy team player who can contribute to the success of the team by facilitating smooth communication and providing excellent service in the logistics and delivery aspects of our real estate operations to ensure total client satisfaction. This is a Part-Time position. Estimated 18-20 +/- hours per week. Minimum schedule availability requirements: Monday, Friday, Saturday: 5-7 hours per day (ie, 9 am-4 pm) Additional days/hours may be available depending on circumstances. This position will operate out of our Shrewsbury office location. A Gellman Team Courier Van will be provided while working and for courier trips. Responsibilities: • Deliver and install/set up new listing marketing materials, signs, sign riders, supra/lockboxes, and flyer boxes to our listings on a daily basis • Picking up signs and lock boxes for closings, and as needed • Deliver replenished marketing materials to listings and update signs and sign riders as needed • Other miscellaneous trips include, but are not limited to, the post office, Chesterfield office, title companies, supply stores, bulk mailing centers, and printing centers • Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and the operations department • Update and complete courier tasks in Salesforce daily • Fleet Management - Oversight of all Company vehicles, ensuring records are maintained, insurance, tags, etc, are up to date, performing routine and as-needed maintenance (oil changes), car washes, etc • Office Supply and Inventory Management - Routine monitoring of all office supplies and inventory at both office locations • Additional Operational support as needed Qualifications: • Smartphone with reliable cell and internet coverage • Technologically proficient – familiarity with CRM systems for task management and Microsoft Office Suite for email preferred • Customer service experience required • Driving/delivery experience preferred • Real Estate industry experience preferred • Positive and cheerful attitude • Team player • Clean driving record - background check required • Local driving knowledge of North St Louis County, West County, South County, St Charles County, and surrounding areas • Reliable transportation to and from the office is required. A courier vehicle is provided for use during business hours • Flexible but reliable and consistent schedule and availability • Must be able to lift 50 lbs Compensation: $20 Hour
