We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Courier to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be quality and customer-focused, communicate effectively, be highly organized, and maintain a consistently accurate inventory count of all equipment at all times. Responsibilities: • Complete errand list daily (sign and lockbox installation, and other misc. tasks) • Track field service material to help ensure we know where all equipment is at all times • Communicate effectively • Respond to emails and Trello tags in a timely manner (24 hours) • Ensure proper use and maintenance of the company car and obey all traffic laws • Be flexible in assisting people around the office • Properly represent EmpowerHome while you are out in the field • Be present at the first team meeting of the month • Delivering documents and contracts to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys • Picking up and dropping off keys/lockboxes to properties • Assisting with open houses • Running errands related to the real estate transaction process • Communicating with clients and others in a professional manner • Ensuring that signs are displayed correctly and in accordance with local regulations • Tracking the location of signs and ensuring that they are returned to the office • Assisting with other tasks related to field services Qualifications: • This role includes driving to various locations throughout the day, installing and removing real estate signs • Must have a clean driving record (required) • Provide a copy of their Motor Vehicle Record from the DMV for the last 5 years • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be insured • Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required • Full-Time availability, Monday through Friday Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly + full benefits package
