Responsibilities: • What You'll Do Deliver and professionally install real estate signs throughout the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria area Manage and maintain accurate sign and equipment inventory Coordinate sign installations, removals, and replacements with the team Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and team members Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service Inspect signs and equipment to ensure they are properly installed and maintained Provide reliable, professional service that supports our agents and listings Assist with other field and operational tasks as needed Qualifications: • • Experience delivering, installing, or handling equipment; real estate experience is a plus • Strong inventory management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines • Strong time-management and route-planning skills • Reliable, dependable, and professional • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Reliable, professional, and service-oriented Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly + full benefits package
