Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Real Estate Sign Courier to support our fast-growing listing operation across all of East Tennessee, from Chattanooga to Johnson City. We place 60+ new listings and closings per month, and this role plays a key part in making sure our properties are marketed quickly and professionally. This is a flexible, independent role and a great side gig for supplemental income. A company van is provided for this position. This is approximately a $1,000 to $1,200 per month part-time job. Service Area • This role services listings throughout East Tennessee, including (but not limited to): Knox, Blount, Anderson, Hamilton, Roane, Loudon, Sevier, Jefferson, Hamblen, Grainger, Campbell, Monroe, McMinn, Morgan, Scott, Union, Cumberland, Fentress, and surrounding counties. Responsibilities: • Install yard signs within 72 hours of order placement • Remove signs and lockboxes once listings close • Use the company van to service assigned routes • Maintain sign inventory and coordinate with in-house admin staff • Take and submit clear smartphone photos of each sign installation (required for payment) • Manage routes and schedule efficiently • Work independently with minimal supervision Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Auto insurance (for personal use, if applicable) • Dependable and safety-conscious driver • Smartphone (iPhone or equivalent) with email and photo capability • Physically able to lift and install signs securely • Strong communication skills • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Flexible availability Compensation: $20 per sign
