    Skender-Newton Realty is looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for connecting with leads, nurturing relationships, following up consistently, and helping ensure that no opportunity falls through the cracks. You will be the point of contact for many prospective clients and play a key role in helping our agents serve buyers and sellers at a high level. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Follow up with leads in our database by phone, text, and email • Build relationships with prospective buyers and sellers • Nurture long-term leads until they are ready to transact • Schedule appointments for agents • Maintain accurate notes and records within our CRM • Assist with lead management and database organization • Help ensure timely follow-up and exceptional client service Qualifications: • Must have excellent attention to detail and follow-up • Great phone skills • Positive attitude • General knowledge of computer-based systems • Must have a valid Real Estate License - or a valid Real Estate License obtained within 120 days • Once a valid Real Estate License is obtained, commissions are paid • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license immediately after hiring (we can assist with initial cost) • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Strong communication and people skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Comfortable talking with people by phone • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Basic computer and technology skills • Sales, customer service, or real estate experience is helpful but not required Compensation: $45,000+
