You will be responsible for providing efficient back office support and utilizing software solutions. This full-time on-site role is essential to our success and offers an exciting opportunity to help lead us to further greatness. Responsibilities: • Execute real estate deal transactions, manage trade sheets, and settle contracts. • Monitor and refresh real estate processes to abide by applicable laws and regulations. • Communicating with realtors, branch managers, administrators, legal professionals, and other brokerages regarding possible problems, required documents, and closings. • Investigate with leadership, realtors, outside parties, and supporting personnel on unresolved issues, including commission payments. • Facilitate commission payments and coordinate payments to realtors and third parties. • Respond to inquiries and manage incoming emails. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate accounting and deals administration • Ability to complete tasks quickly and effectively • Proficiency in using Lone Wolf and Brokerbay • Thorough knowledge of general Real Estate Back Office operations • Solid data entry skills and great attention to detail • Polite and professional customer service communication ability • Outstanding written and verbal communication • Capable of determining solutions to regular problems with minimal guidance and ability to analyze complex scenarios • Comprehensive understanding of Real Estate deal processing and closing procedures, including setting up transactions and calculating commissions Compensation: $48,000 - $58,000 yearly
