    The Real Estate Deal Flow Coordinator is a crucial member of our organization, directly impacting our company’s growth and revenue. This role is at the heart of our sales process, ensuring that qualified leads move smoothly through our pipeline while supporting our acquisitions team with accurate information and timely follow-ups. You will be the first point of contact for many homeowners, engaging with motivated sellers, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our buying specialists. You’ll also play a key role in identifying process improvements and ensuring that our CRM and reporting stay accurate and up-to-date. Responsibilities: • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to qualify motivated sellers through phone calls, SMS, and email. • Build rapport with homeowners and uncover their timeline, motivation, and property details. • Accurately update and maintain lead records inside the company CRM. • Identify bottlenecks or issues in the sales process and communicate them to leadership. • Coordinate with the acquisitions team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. • Consistently hit KPI targets related to calls, conversations, appointments set, and conversions. • Contribute to overall team goals by bringing solutions, feedback, and ideas for continuous improvement. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in inside sales , real estate, or a related role. • Strong communication and active listening skills — able to build trust quickly over the phone. • Comfort working with CRM systems and sales tools. • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through. • Self-motivated and goal-driven, thrives in a competitive team environment. • Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investments is a plus. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
