This internship provides guided exposure to brokerage operations, lead management systems, and transaction coordination within an active real estate environment.

Internship Overview

The Real Estate Operations Intern will support internal systems, lead tracking, and transaction workflow processes.

Participants may gain exposure to:

Lead tracking and CRM data management

Pipeline organization and follow-up systems

Supporting outreach coordination efforts

Assisting with documentation and transaction preparation

Market research and property data organization

Observing property walkthroughs and closing processes

Administrative support related to acquisition and listing workflows

Interns work alongside licensed professionals and receive structured guidance throughout the program.

Qualifications:

Interest in real estate operations, brokerage systems, or transaction coordination

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and tracking tools

Ability to manage assigned tasks independently

No prior real estate experience required
