What You'll Be Doing: This internship emphasizes lead generation, cold calling, and sourcing off-market deals. You’ll be working with real estate professionals who close 100+ deals annually and learning how to spot, pitch, and analyze the right opportunities.

You Will Learn How To:

Cold call and text property owners with proven systems

Identify motivated sellers and navigate objections

Use comps and market data to underwrite single- and multi-family properties

Analyze deals for rentals, flips, and BRRRR strategies

Sit in on live project walkthroughs and negotiations

Support acquisitions, listings, and closing processes
