This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, including transaction coordination, social media coordination, event planning, office administration, vendor relationships, and team support. Responsibilities: • Manage all transaction coordination and paperwork from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines, documents, and communications are completed accurately and on time. • Oversee daily business operations by maintaining systems, processes, vendors, office supplies, and administrative functions that keep the company running efficiently. • Coordinate company events and team initiatives , including client appreciation events, networking functions, meetings, and internal team activities. • Manage social media and marketing support , including scheduling content, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across platforms. • Provide operational support to leadership by tracking projects, solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring key priorities are executed without oversight. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • Real estate license is a bonus • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 + Performance based bonuses
