This is an operational leadership role where you'll run the business side—managing systems, listings, transactions, and team coordination—so Olga can focus on what she does best: building relationships and growing the business. Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 in addition to bonus opportunities Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Contribution toward medical benefits, and 401(k) with employer contribution Hours: HYBRID SCHEDULE - Full-time, 40+ hrs, M-F (9-6) with some flexibility from time to time in the evenings and occasional rare weekends for emergencies. Location: Campbell, CA. You live within a 40-minute commute of Campbell, CA. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license, and you carry insurance. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Provide executive-level support: manage calendar, communications, priorities, and strategic follow-ups • Oversee transactions from contract to close, ensuring compliance and smooth execution • Manage client experience and CRM to deliver exceptional service throughout the transaction lifecycle • Coordinate with the marketing coordinator and the field assistant to keep operations seamless • Optimize systems and processes to improve efficiency across the business • Handle budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI tracking • Support listing preparation, buyer transactions, and marketing initiatives Qualifications: • 2+ years supporting a residential real estate agent or team in an operational role • Active California real estate license (required) • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively • Strong problem-solver with sound judgment—you assess situations, determine next steps, and present solutions • Proficiency with CRMs, MLS systems, DocuSign, CAR Forms, Odoo, Google Suite, Canva • Collaborative approach with a positive, professional demeanor Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
