Responsibilities: What you’ll do : • Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor agents; set attainable goals and metrics • Analyze sales data and develop performance plans • Improve scripts and oversee competitor/market research Qualifications: What you bring (must-haves): • Proven sales track record as individual contributor; 1+ year manager/team lead preferred • Strong CRM and people-management skills • Active Texas real estate license Nice-to-haves: • Experience scaling real estate teams What success looks like at 6 months: Compensation: $40,000 yearly + bonus
