Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and KPIs, and hold the team accountable for results. Develop and improve sales scripts, processes, and strategies to strengthen client engagement and conversion. Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and keep the team competitive. Qualifications: What you bring (must-haves): Proven sales track record as an individual contributor; 1+ year of manager/team lead experience preferred. Strong coaching, communication, and people-management skills. Active Texas real estate license. Real estate team leadership experience is a plus. Nice-to-haves: Experience scaling real estate teams. What success looks like at 6 months: Team production growth, improved agent retention, measurable KPI improvements. Compensation: $40,000 yearly + bonus
