  • Responsibilities

    We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Dispositions Assistant to support our Dispositions team — from contract prep to buyer outreach. You'll work directly with our Dispo Managers to keep deals moving, listings polished, and communications tight. This role is central to our deal pipeline. Responsibilities: MLS & Listing Management • Line up and organize property photos for MLS listings • Edit and label photos for a clean, professional presentation • Create and update MLS listings with accurate details and disclosures • Assist with all listing documents and uploads for MLS and CRM Contract Preparation & Execution • Fill out and prepare TREC contracts, assignment contracts, amendments, and addendums • Execute revised contracts and ensure all signed copies are properly filed • Send out addendums, amendments, and other required documents for signatures • Assist with executing contracts and ensuring deadlines are met Marketing & Buyer Outreach • Support marketing efforts through InvestorLift, Mailchimp, and text message campaigns • Create and schedule email campaigns and property blasts to buyer lists • Track and organize buyer leads and responses in InvestorLift or CRM • Build and maintain a qualified buyers list through direct buyer and agent outreach Inbound Call Coverage • Answer inbound calls whenever the Dispositions Specialist is unavailable • Greet callers professionally and gather relevant information • Route calls or take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-up • Maintain a courteous, knowledgeable presence as a first point of contact Coordination & Communication • Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and internal teams on transaction updates • Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely communication with all parties Administrative Support & CRM • CRM quality assurance — data entry, lead status updates, and proper documentation • Download property or buyer lists as needed for marketing or CRM updates • Provide general administrative support, reporting, and other duties as assigned • Handle additional requests from Dispo Managers to help streamline the process Qualifications: Required • Comfortable filling out contracts (TREC, addendums, assignments) • Strong attention to detail and organized by nature • Professional phone manner — calm, clear, and reliable on calls • CRM experience — clean data entry habits Preferred • InvestorLift and/or Mailchimp experience • MLS listing experience • Wholesale/dispo industry background Compensation: $6 - $8 hourly depending on experience
