    We’re a high-performance real estate investment team hiring a full-time Disposition Manager to help close deals in the commercial, industrial, and raw land sectors. This is a 100% remote role focused on negotiating and closing—no sourcing or transaction management. You’ll work with a steady flow of properties and buyers, and your job is to build relationships, present deals, and get them sold. Then base or commission, whichever is greater Responsibilities: • Assess current market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to determine optimal pricing and sales strategies • Oversee property repairs, staging, and necessary improvements to enhance marketability • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract potential buyers, including listing properties on various platforms, creating marketing materials, and conducting property showings • Identify and contact potential buyers through networking, outreach campaigns, and building relationships with brokers • Manage prospects and maintain communication via daily CRM utilization to refresh and remain focused until transactions are finalized Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and on the phone • Enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality • 1+ years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, land acquisition, or other real estate sales experience is preferred • Able to build long-term relationships • Results and goals-oriented Compensation: $140,000 at plan earnings
