Responsibilities: • Assess current market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to determine optimal pricing and sales strategies • Oversee property repairs, staging, and necessary improvements to enhance marketability • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract potential buyers, including listing properties on various platforms, creating marketing materials, and conducting property showings • Identify and contact potential buyers through networking, outreach campaigns, and building relationships with brokers Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and on phone • Enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality • 1+ years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, land acquisition, or other real estate sales experience is preferred • Able to build long-term relationships • Results and goals orientated Compensation: $140,000 at plan earnings
