We’re looking for a coachable Disposition Manager to join our small, 100% remote team. We’re a profitable, family-owned vacant land business buying and selling residential land across multiple U.S. states. This role focuses on the sales side of the business — managing listings, generating buyer interest, answering calls from interested buyers, and making sure the properties we purchase get sold smoothly and on time. I’ll train you on how we handle dispositions at Active Acres. Part of the job is using simple software and spreadsheets, and part of it is active outreach to buyers and neighbors. You’ll need strong communication skills, organization, and consistent follow-up. If we are a good fit, I would love for you to be on the team for many years. This business will continue to grow. This is a 20-30-hour-per-week role to start, with room to grow as the business scales. Pay begins at $2,500/month plus $300 commission on every property sale you are directly instrumental in closing. This is a 1099 contractor position. I am the owner (Harsh Patel). If you are hired, you will be the 10th member of our team. This is my full-time job, and I take it seriously. Responsibilities: • Manage active land listings from acquisition to sale • Create listing copy for listings • Coordinate with local realtors on pricing, listings, photos, and updates. • Canva skills required for editing or creating images for listing • Cold call realtors for price opinions • Track buyer interest, inquiries, offers, and follow-ups • Text, direct mail, and cold call neighboring property owners • Conduct and manage outbound outreach via - Realtors and Facebook groups • Use your own Facebook account for posting and buyer outreach on FB groups and marketplace (company FB account not available) • Answers phone calls from interested buyers • Review comps and recommend pricing or strategy adjustments • Keep the disposition pipeline and CRM fully updated • Provide a clear daily and weekly sales update Qualifications: • Experience in real estate dispositions or sales • Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Clear written and verbal communication • Coachable and open to learning • Able to manage multiple properties without dropping details • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Compensation: $2,500 monthly + commission
