As a Dispositions Manager, you will be responsible for executing various tasks to ensure the successful sale of wholesale properties and maximize profitability for our company. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Marketing Expertise: • Market properties using established procedures and explore new marketing channels to attract potential investors. Continuously improve marketing processes and procedures to enhance property visibility and attract more buyers. Networking and Relationship Building: • Attend networking functions regularly to connect with potential buyers and investors [5]. • Develop and grow the existing buyer list by creating new buyer contacts and fostering strong business relationships with investor buyers. Sales Management: • Monitor available properties and their status throughout the sales process, ensuring timely and successful transactions. • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate successful acquisition activity and guide pricing strategies to maximize profitability Client Interaction and Customer Service: • Close sales with qualified leads, ensuring that client needs are met and delivering the best possible deal by upselling • Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients, and build strong customer relationships through regular communication Administrative Support: • Provide regular sales reports to track progress toward company acquisition goals • Enter all relevant notes into the company CRM system daily to ensure accurate record-keeping Flexibility and Adaptability: • Assist with other related projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to various aspects of the business If you are a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for real estate and a strong ability to network, negotiate, and close deals, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dispositions Manager. Responsibilities: • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with client base • Use our CRM to regularly follow up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand clientele and build our business Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Post-secondary coursework preferred • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent oral, written, customer service, and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities • Social media skills • Ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly • Learning-based and solution-oriented • Deadline-driven and extremely organized • Open to new ideas and systems • Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations • Technologically savvy and proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Skills • Strong work ethic, this position requires some flexibility in time and schedule • Our team is full of awesome and fun people and you will love working here! • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • Passionate about selling • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities Compensation: $75,000 yearly
