We are hiring a Virtual Dispositions Manager with real estate experience to help us sell investment properties, coordinate buyers and agents, and manage the full disposition process from intake to assignment and closing. This role is 100% remote and requires someone who understands real estate terminology, investor strategies, and how buyers make decisions. You will work directly with our acquisitions and dispo team to quickly move properties, build buyer relationships, and ensure deals close smoothly. Compensation • $5 – $10 USD per hour, depending on experience • Deal bonuses • Paid on every house successfully assigned • Additional performance bonuses for hitting monthly targets Responsibilities: Deal Intake & Setup • Review property info from acquisitions and build out deal sheets • Compile repairs, photos, access info, comps (if needed), and basic ARV details • Enter property info into Google Sheets trackers Buyer List Generation & Outreach • Pull lists from InvestorBase (training provided) • Upload CSVs and organize buyers in Google Sheets • Call/text buyers using our scripts (NEPQ style) • Identify active buyers, gather criteria, and set showing expectations • Track all statuses (NI/UC/SS/MO/BKUP) Agent Outreach • Build a list of active real estate agents in the property’s market • Call agents (we pay their commission) to bring their cash buyers • Track statuses and follow-up priorities Showings, Offers & Verification • Schedule group showings and coordinate access • Gather written offers from buyers • Verify Proof of Funds before assigning any deal • Identify primary + backup buyers • Manage a clear timeline follow-up until EMD is deposited Closing Process • Assist with assignment agreements (simple templates provided) • Confirm EMD with title • Handoff to Transaction Coordinator • Maintain communication until the deal closes Qualifications: Must-Have • Real estate industry experience: Wholesaling, dispositions, acquisitions, real estate VA experience, transaction coordination, investor support, or agent background • Strong English communication (verbal + written) • Comfortable making 50–80 outbound calls per day • Knows terms like ARV, comps, earnest money, assignment, flip/rental • Experience with Google Sheets, CRMs, and online tools • Stable internet connection and quiet working environment Nice-to-Have • Prior experience calling buyers or agents • Understanding of U.S. real estate markets • Familiarity with wholesaling or investments • Experience closing deals virtually Compensation: $5 - $10 hourly
