    We are seeking a Dispositions Manager to support our Dispositions Coordinator in handling the sale of our national properties. In this role, you will prepare listing materials, list properties via third-party services and manage listings, and extract offers from potential buyers. If you are interested in developing a long-term partnership with an established real estate team and growing your professional skills, apply now! $20 hr base plus $150 per closing commission Responsibilities: • Assist the Dispositions Coordinator in the scheduling and management of property showings nationally • Assist with managing all buyer communication traffic (including from agents) via phone, text, and email • Actively prospect for potential buyers via campaigns (call, text, or email) and attempt to push buyer traffic to our listings • Coordinating with buyers and agents to answer buyer questions or concerns • Coordinate hiring an in-person vendor to be at property showings on-site as needed • Draft MLS listings to market properties ready for sale with the intent to draw in the best potential buyers • Post MLS listings after approval by the Acquisition Manager and Disposition Coordinator • Manage off-market strategies • Create marketing packages for properties to be marketed via off-market (not MLS) channels in coordination with our social media team • Manage all activity on alternate marketing strategy sites (Facebook, investorlift, etc.) • Record buyer information and offers as per company policies in our CRM system, Podio • Assist in price drops or other edits to posted listings for ready-to-sell properties • Other duties and projects as assigned by the VP or Disposition Manager Qualifications: • Experience posting listings on any MLS is highly preferred • Experience with property leasing is highly preferred • Proficiency with Google Suite and working across multiple devices • Attention to detail • Organizational skills • Time management and prioritization skills • Communication skills via text, email, and voice • Self-directed and motivated Compensation: $20 hourly
