We’re hiring a Real Estate Disposition Manager to turn signed contracts into cash by getting them sold fast — and for top dollar. As a Disposition Manager, you’ll take over once we’ve secured a signed contract with a property seller. Your mission: move the deal fast. You’ll market properties to our investor network, negotiate with cash buyers and agents, and push deals across the finish line with speed and professionalism. You’re not a real estate agent, but you’ll be talking to plenty of them, along with cash buyers, wholesalers, and investor clients every day. This is a results-driven role. Your success is measured by how quickly and profitably you move deals. This is the right job for you if: • Move FAST — speed is your competitive advantage • Are persistent — you follow up until you get the answer • Own your outcomes — you don’t need babysitting or micromanagement • Have great people skills — you can build rapport with anyone quickly • Are highly organized — you keep deals, deadlines, and buyers in order • Are competitive — you want to win and want the whole team to win • Are a skilled communicator — clear, confident, and persuasive • Thrive in a high-energy environment — you like the pace of deal-making • Are obsessed with results — you chase down every opportunity until it’s closed • Have experience selling investments or high-ticket products (a huge plus) Responsibilities: • Market properties via email, phone, text, social media, and listing platforms • Build relationships with active cash buyers, investors, and agents • Negotiate pricing, manage bidding, and lock in buyer commitments • Handle contracts, assignment agreements, and coordinate closings with title/escrow • Maintain and grow the company’s buyer list and keep our CRM up to date • Monitor deal timelines and ensure properties are sold before they expire • Coordinate with the acquisitions and transaction teams to ensure clean handoffs • Problem-solve to overcome title, access, or buyer objections Qualifications: • Experience in real estate, wholesale, or high-ticket B2B/B2C sales • Comfort speaking with agents, investors, and business owners • Strong follow-up skills and CRM discipline • Available to work U.S. hours • Excellent written and verbal communication • Reliable internet and home office setup • Self-motivated and team-oriented • Knowledge of wholesale/assignment deals is a plus, but we’ll train the right person Compensation: $60,000+ at plan, commission
