We are seeking a Disposition Manager to join our team on a part-time, deal-by-deal basis. We currently sell 2–4 deals per month, with each deal requiring approximately 5–10 hours of work. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating buyer relationships, qualifying buyers and adding them to our CRM, problem-solving throughout the disposition process, and driving deals all the way to the closing table. If you hold a valid Colorado Real Estate License, you will also be responsible for listing any properties that are not sold off-market. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated professional who is detail-oriented, process & solution-driven, and experienced in real estate dispositions. Responsibilities: • Qualify buyers • Sell properties both off-market and on-market • Host open houses for both on-market and off-market properties • Proactively tackle and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process • Handle miscellaneous tasks related to the successful sale of a property Qualifications: • Colorado Real Estate license (not required, but strongly encouraged) • Background in real estate preferred • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Self-starter with the ability to work independently Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
