We’re looking for a full-time Real Estate Disposition Manager to join our remote real estate team and take ownership of selling our nationwide property deals. At National Equity Offer, we specialize in wholesaling and novation strategies across the U.S. Our acquisition team brings in high-quality contracts—your job is to turn them into closed deals quickly and profitably. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with six-figure earning potential for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, negotiation-heavy role. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Market and assign properties to our network of real estate investors, agents, and buyers • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat buyers and investor partners • Negotiate contract terms to secure the best outcomes for the company • Coordinate inspections, showings, and deal timelines with clarity and speed • Track all communication and activity in our CRM, and follow up with precision • Prepare contracts, agreements, and closing documents to ensure a smooth transaction process • Respond quickly to all buyer leads and inquiries— speed is key Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, dispositions, or investment sales • Skilled negotiator with the ability to create urgency and close deals fast • Strong understanding of investor buyers, wholesalers, and cash transactionsExcellent communicator – both written and verbal, professional, and persuasive • Highly organized, CRM-proficient, and comfortable managing multiple deals • Culturally aligned with U.S. real estate sales (remote OK if you have U.S. roots, experience, or upbringing) • Bonus: Prior experience in assignment contracts, novations, or investor dispositions Compensation: $80,000+
