    Job Title: Disposition Manager Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Compensation: 100% Commission-Based Company: OffrPlus Job Summary: OffrPlus is seeking an experienced, business-minded Disposition Manager to fully run our disposition department. This 100% commission-based role requires strong expertise in pricing strategy, deal structuring, and investor relations within the wholesale real estate space. The ideal candidate is a proven closer who can lead a team, move deals fast, and maximize profit margins. Responsibilities: • Represent OffrPlus as the primary point of contact for real estate investors, hedge funds, and buyer partners interested in off-market properties across the U.S. • Strategically present and negotiate deals to buyers, ensuring win-win outcomes and maximizing assignment fees • dispositions • Collaborate closely with the acquisitions and transaction coordination teams to ensure smooth handoffs, timely closings, and strong communication throughout each deal • Maintain accurate records of buyer activity, offers, and negotiations in our CRM to support data-driven decision-making • Continuously improve your deal structuring and sales skills • Collaborate closely with the acquisitions and transaction coordination teams to ensure smooth handoffs, timely closings, and strong communication throughout each deal • Maintain accurate records of buyer activity, offers, and negotiations in our CRM to support data-driven decision-making • Continuously improve your deal structuring and sales skills by studying market trends, buyer behavior, and pricing strategy • Participate in team meetings and weekly performance reviews while actively contributing to a culture of growth, ownership, and results • Stay informed on investor preferences, pricing trends, and local market conditions to confidently match deals with the right buyers • Take full responsibility of your outcomes, consistently following up, problem-solving, and driving each deal to the finish line Qualifications: • Must have strong leadership skills • Demonstrated passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve success are essential qualities we are looking for • Having at least 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desirable for this role • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including exceptional phone skills for setting and closing appointments over the phone, are a must • If you have no real estate experience, a minimum of 1 year of B2C and B2B selling experience is required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
