  • Responsibilities

    The Dispositions Manager is responsible for selling our investment property opportunities to end buyers, managing the disposition process from contract to close, and building long-term relationships with active real estate investors. You will work closely with acquisitions to price deals correctly, create urgency, and ensure smooth, on-time closings. Responsibilities: • Sell off-market investment properties and assignment opportunities to vetted buyers • Build, manage, and expand a strong network of investors, landlords, flippers, and buyer agents • Price opportunities strategically to maximize margins while maintaining deal velocity • Market properties via calls, text, email, and direct investor outreach • Host property walkthroughs / open houses when applicable (for local candidates) • Negotiate terms, secure buyer commitment, and collect earnest money deposits • Coordinate with transaction coordination to ensure clean and timely closings • Track buyer activity, feedback, and performance in CRM • Develop long-term relationships with repeat buyers and high-volume investors Qualifications: • Experience selling investment properties , off-market deals, or investor-focused real estate preferred • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Comfortable operating over phone, text, and email • Solid understanding of deal structure, pricing, and investor returns • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented • Self-motivated and able to work independently (especially if remote) • CRM experience preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000
