  • Responsibilities

    As the Disposition Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximizing the sale of our wholesale and investment properties. You will work with our network of real estate investors, cash buyers, hedge funds, and institutional buyers to ensure properties are sold quickly and at the best possible price. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Market & Sell Wholesale Deals – Promote our off-market investment opportunities to our buyers list through email, text, and direct calls. • Build & Manage Buyer Relationships – Maintain and grow a network of real estate investors, flippers, landlords, and institutional buyers. • Negotiate & Close Deals – Handle buyer negotiations, contracts, and closing coordination to ensure smooth transactions. • Analyze Deals – Understand property values, repair estimates, ARVs (after-repair values), and market conditions to present deals effectively. • Manage CRM & Marketing Outreach – Use Follow-Up Boss or other CRM tools to track leads, buyer activity, and deal status. • Host Property Walkthroughs – Schedule and conduct investor walkthroughs and open houses for potential buyers. • Coordinate with Transaction Coordinator – Ensure contracts and escrow processes run smoothly for a seamless closing. Qualifications: Qualifications & Experience:Real estate experience is preferred – Disposition, acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment sales experience. • Strong sales & negotiation skills – Ability to create urgency and close deals quickly. • Investor network in Las Vegas is a plus – The bigger your network, the better! • Tech-savvy & CRM experience – Familiar with tools like Follow Up Boss, InvestorLift, or REI-specific platforms. Compensation: $75,000
