The Dispositions Manager is responsible for selling our wholesale and fix-and-flip properties to a network of capital partners, agents, and end buyers. You’ll manage all aspects of the sales pipeline — from marketing new deals to negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth closings. This is a fast-paced, commission-driven role ideal for a go-getter who loves real estate and knows how to close. Responsibilities: • Market and sell investment properties to Plot Property Group’s buyer network • Build and maintain strong relationships with cash buyers, agents, and capital partners • Manage the disposition pipeline and track deal statuses through CRM (Follow Up Boss / Podio) • Run comps, determine ARVs, and communicate deal value clearly to buyers • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with buyers to maximize profit margins • Prepare and send out deal blasts, property packages, and follow-up communications • Coordinate with the acquisitions team, transaction coordinator, and escrow/title companies • Handle buyer inspections, assignments, and any closing-related issues promptly • Continually expand and nurture the buyer list through networking and outreach Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or acquisitions • Strong negotiation and communication skills — both written and verbal • Knowledge of investment real estate (ARV, rehab estimates, comps, etc) • Organized and proactive with CRM experience (Follow Up Boss, InvestorFuse, or similar) • Self-motivated closer who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment Compensation: $65,000 yearly
