  • Responsibilities

    The Dispositions Manager is responsible for selling our wholesale real estate deals and off-market inventory to investors and buyers. You will manage the entire dispo pipeline — from prepping deal packages and marketing to negotiating, contracting, and ensuring smooth closings. You’ll be the connector between our inventory and qualified investors, maximizing assignment fees and driving revenue. Responsibilities: • Manage and grow investor buyer list; maintain CRM and buyer database • Market deals via email, text, phone, MLS (as needed), investor platforms, and private buyer network • Conduct buyer outreach — calls, follow-ups, relationship building • Host property walkthroughs / coordinate access • Prepare deal packages, comps, and financial breakdowns • Negotiate offers, terms, and assignment pricing • Coordinate with title company, agents, lenders, and internal TC • Track KPIs: sell-through time, average assignment fees, buyer engagement, fallout rates • Attend investor meetups & networking events to grow buyer base • Work directly with the CEO & acquisitions team to connect supply to demand • Provide real-time feedback to the acquisitions team on buyer sentiment and price guidance Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, flipping, or investor-focused sales • CRM experience • Excellent negotiation & communication skills • Ability to handle objections and move deals to close • Real estate license is a plus, but not required Compensation: $65,000 yearly
