We’re looking for a Dispositions Manager to own the sales side of our wholesale pipeline. Your job is to turn contracts into cash by finding the right buyers, negotiating solid assignment fees, and making sure deals close cleanly and on time. Responsibilities: Sell Contracts (Assignments): • Distribute deals to our buyers list and actively follow up to lock in top offers quickly. Manage Buyer Relationships: • Nurture existing investor relationships and add 20+ new buyers/realtors weekly through outreach and networking. Marketing & Deal Blasting: • Use Skipio, email campaigns, social media, and direct calls to get eyes on every deal within hours of acquisition. Negotiate Assignment Terms: • Push for the best possible price and terms, ensure earnest money is collected promptly, and coordinate with title. Showings & Access: • Schedule and manage property walkthroughs with buyers and ensure they show up ready to buy. Pipeline Coordination: • Work closely with our Acquisitions team to understand contract details and provide feedback on buyer preferences. Database Management: • Keep all activity tracked in Follow Up Boss CRM. Ensure buyers are tagged properly and follow-ups are never missed. Qualifications: • Wholesale or real estate sales experience preferred • Natural communicator and closer — you live in your texts, DMs, and phone calls • Strong follow-up and CRM hygiene • Can handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Relentless about building and monetizing relationships • No real estate license needed Compensation: $50,000
