Responsibilities: • Market and sell wholesale real estate opportunities to a growing network of cash buyers, investors, and fix-and-flip operators • Build, manage, and expand your personal buyer network through outbound outreach, relationship building, networking events, and investor meetups • Evaluate incoming opportunities quickly and assemble compelling deal packages, including photos, comparable sales, repair estimates, and projected ARV to drive buyer demand • Negotiate assignment fees, purchase terms, and buyer commitments with confidence to maximize profitability on every transaction • Work closely with the acquisitions team to stay aligned on the deal pipeline, seller expectations, timelines, and disposition strategy • Own the transaction from contract to close, coordinating with title companies, buyers, internal teams, and all moving parts to ensure smooth execution • Follow up relentlessly with warm and cold investor leads through CRM systems, calls, texts, and direct outreach to keep momentum high • Stay dialed into the Austin investment market, understanding buyer preferences, pricing trends, and what types of deals move fastest • Build urgency and demand around available opportunities by creating competition, driving buyer engagement, and moving deals efficiently • Operate with a sales-first mindset where speed, persistence, negotiation skills, and relationship-building directly impact your earnings Qualifications: • Active Texas real estate license or willingness to obtain one quickly • Comfortable making 40 to 60 outbound calls per day and maintaining consistent follow-up through calls, texts, and email • Strong communication skills with the confidence to handle objections, hear “no,” and keep pushing without getting discouraged • Coachable, trainable, and open to feedback in a fast-moving sales environment • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, build momentum on your own, and perform without constant oversight • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate well internally while still competing at a high individual level • Comfortable working in person in Austin, Texas.
