Proper Realty Group is hiring a Real Estate Dispositions Manager to move deals fast in our Austin, TX, wholesale operation. You'll be the closer on the back end — taking contracted properties and matching them with our network of cash buyers, investors, and flippers to get deals across the finish line. Responsibilities: • Market and sell wholesale contracts to a network of cash buyers, investors, and fix-and-flip operators • Build, manage, and continuously grow a qualified buyer database through networking, outreach, and investor meetups • Evaluate incoming deals and create compelling property packages (photos, comps, repair estimates, ARV) to generate buyer interest fast • Negotiate assignment fees and purchase terms with buyers to maximize company profit on every deal • Coordinate with the acquisitions team to understand deal flow, timelines, and seller expectations • Manage the transaction process from executed contract through closing, liaising with title companies, buyers, and the internal team • Follow up aggressively with warm and cold buyer leads in the CRM to keep deals moving • Track market demand, buyer preferences, and pricing trends to advise the team on what types of deals move fastest in the Austin market Qualifications: • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach — calls, texts, and emails to prospective buyers daily • Experience using CRM platforms (Podio, REI BlackBook, Follow Up Boss, or similar) to manage buyer pipelines • Ability to quickly assess property values, repair costs, and investment potential to speak confidently with experienced investors • Strong closing skills — you know how to handle objections and push deals to the finish line without burning relationships • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with weekly KPIs and performance targets Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000
