We currently have 20+ contracts in our pipeline — and it’s growing every week. We are looking for a driven, high-energy Dispositions Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to maximize value on every deal. This is not a traditional real estate job. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role where your ability to build relationships, negotiate aggressively, and close quickly directly determines your income. Compensation100% commission — no base salary • Realistic first-year earnings range: $65,000 – $85,000+ for full-time, high-performing individuals • Weekly commission payouts Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Source, qualify, and build relationships with cash buyers and investors through calls, texting, email, meetings, and networking • Match our off-market properties to the right investors using our internal tools, data, and buyer database • Coordinate the showing of buyers with sellers, manage offers, and create competition among buyers • Skillfully negotiate and drive bidding wars to maximize sale price on every contract • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a high-volume, team-oriented environment • Communicate daily with buyers, sellers, wholesalers, and title companies • Underwrite deals — run comps, calculate ARV, determine Max Allowable Offer (MAO), and support the acquisitions team • Push files aggressively to closing: coordinate with title companies, clear title issues, and remove roadblocks quickly • Be available for calls and deal-related communication during evenings and weekends when necessary Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For • Proven sales success (real estate, phone sales, B2B, commission-based environments all welcome) • Current Florida Real Estate License (required) • Experience running comps and calculating ARV / Max Allowable Offer (required) • Florida resident preferred (but not strictly required if licensed and able to work Florida hours) • Highly organized — comfortable managing 15–30+ active files at once • Competitive, coachable, and motivated by upside commission • Comfortable (and preferably excited) working on 100% commission • High energy, strong phone presence, and excellent written & verbal communication • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, results-oriented environments Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
