  • Responsibilities

    ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for a results-driven, people-oriented Dispositions Representative who can help us move our contracted properties to eager investors. You’ll be managing warm leads—properties already under contract—and will be responsible for presenting these deals to buyers, handling negotiations, and coordinating with title and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions. This is a high-impact sales role with daily opportunities to close deals and earn commissions. Responsibilities: • Market properties to our nationwide buyer network via text, email, and CRM • Speak with real estate investors (cash buyers, landlords, flippers) • Present property details, answer buyer questions, and build urgency • Coordinate showings, walkthroughs, and offer deadlines • Negotiate win-win deals and maximize assignment fees • Work directly with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure clean closings • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM (notes, offers, buyer feedback) • Communicate with sellers and acquisitions when needed • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets • Attend sales meetings and participate in regular coaching Qualifications: WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Strong closer with a proven ability to overcome objections • Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple deals at once • Organized, coachable, and hungry to hit goals • Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable using automation tools • Must have a reliable internet connection, computer, and headset • Someone excited to grow, earn, and make a real impact Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
