Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Market investment properties to our network of buyers • Build relationships with investors and real estate agents • Manage offers, negotiate deals, and handle buyer communications • Update CRM and coordinate with our acquisitions and TC teams • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly dispo goals Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication skills and natural people skills • Enthusiastic, motivated, and goal-oriented • Coachable and open to feedback and training • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Organized and tech-savvy (CRM experience is a plus) • Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
