As a Disposition Manager at Trudo Home Buyers, you will play a vital role in overseeing operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our buyers/investors. This position is essential in helping us fulfill our mission of supporting home sellers while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Market properties according to established procedures • Create new buyer contacts to develop and grow our existing buyer list • Qualify buyers well so you’re not wasting your/our time on tire kickers • Constant monitoring of available properties to stay abreast of comps and the market • Work with the entire team, utilizing tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth • Develop strong business relationships with all buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company in your line of work here Qualifications: • Must be very tech-savvy. You will use several tools, the Office Suite, and CRMs • Cold Call/Warm Call prospective investment buyers, and qualify and convert • Social Media Marketing of our inventory - must be willing to take video and • A neat, clean, and professional appearance is required to look the part • Excellent people skills • Excellent sales and negotiation skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Real estate license a plus, 1–3 years of industry and sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $108,000 yearly
