Responsibilities: • Find and qualify potential investors and buyers for our properties • Do strategic marketing and placement of our properties • Create marketing templates • Do excessive research on buyers and buying criteria • Find hedge fund Acquisition people and Investor buyers • Build strong relationships with potential buyers • Find turnkey buyers and educate them on our turnkey process Qualifications: • Problem solver • Communication skills • Highly motivated Compensation: $52,000 - $100,000 yearly
