Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate potential investors and buyers for available properties • Market company properties strategically to targeted buyer groups • Develop and maintain marketing templates for property promotion • Conduct detailed research on buyer preferences and acquisition criteria • Locate hedge fund acquisition contacts and investor buyer channels • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers Qualifications: • Strong problem-solving abilities • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Highly motivated with a results-driven attitude Compensation: $52,000 - $100,000 yearly
