Real Estate Dispositions Coordinator (Deal-to-Cash Owner) Remote – U.S. Only On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+ annually by 2026 This is not an admin role. We’re hiring a Disposition Coordinator to own real estate deals from contract to cash. If you think strategically about exits, stay calm under pressure, and take full ownership of outcomes, this role is built for you. Responsibilities: What You’ll Own Once a property is under contract, you own the deal. You will: • Manage deals from contract through closing • Select and execute the best exit strategy (Wholesale, Novation, Subto, Wholetail) • Pre-market properties and drive buyer activity • Coordinate buyers, title, and documentation • Identify and resolve issues before they slow a deal down If a deal stalls, you own why. How You’ll Communicate • Daily updates on live deals (no silent stalls) • Clear, professional communication with buyers and title • Structured alignment with leadership • Leadership should never wonder what’s happening with a deal. Qualifications: Tools You’ll Use Experience with some of the following is a plus: • PropStream, InvestorLift, InvestorBase • CRM systems (RESimpli or similar) • Email / SMS campaigns • Dotloop or similar transaction platforms Tool mastery matters less than how quickly you learn and apply systems.
