Responsibilities: • Coordinate with real estate agents to get properties listed on the MLS • Manage buyer relationships and follow up on offers and interest • Negotiate terms with agents and investors to maximize profit per deal • Facilitate showings, inspections, and buyer walkthroughs • Track deal progress and ensure timely closings with title companies • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates to the team • Troubleshoot issues to keep deals moving to the finish line Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in real estate, dispositions, or wholesale preferred • Strong understanding of novation deals and real estate contracts (or quick learner) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deals at once • CRM proficiency (e.g., Resimpli, Podio, Salesforce) • Ability to build and maintain strong agent and buyer relationships • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Compensation: $100,000 at-plan earnings
